New Metal Roof Appeals To Potential Buyers, Maximizes Value For Texas Home

The Project:
APEX Roofing was selected as a winner by Metal Coffee Shop recently for replacing a metal roof on a home located in Harker Heights, Texas. The owner was getting the home ready to sell and wanted to maximize its value with a beautiful new metal roof.

The Challenge:
The 6,000 square foot home was a diamond in the rough that needed some updated curb appeal and performance features that would help the home withstand the harsh storms the area receives. The previous roof had been damaged by hail and the new dark bronze metal roof manufactured by Berringer not only increases the home’s reliability, it makes a strong statement.

“We had an opportunity to make a beautiful home even more beautiful and I believe we succeeded,” said Adam Murrell, APEX Roofing General Manager

APEX Roofing was able to complete the job in just four days, overcoming challenges presented by the low slope of the roof by adding winter guard underlayment. They also provided quality installation expertise that will aid in the ongoing performance and reliability of the roof, such as changing it from non-straited to straited to help protect against regional climate conditions.
