I am interested in placing a Snap Lock Metal roof over my current Shingles. The current roof is in good shape and and Just want to place Metal on it for wind Issues here in the Keys. Here in South florida the codes are like reading a legal doc gives me no info !!
1) How does snap lock differ from standing seam in price ?
2) How does Snap lock compair on wind load compaired to
standing seam ?
3) and does anyone know if Snap lock is avail for use in MONROE county fl ?

Snap Lock is a "family" of standing seam in which the interlocks between panels snap together. I would suggest contacting some manufacturers of products you like and inquiring as to availability in your area.
