Many of the gutter protection systems available today work nicely with metal roofs. My inclination would be toward a system that sits inside of the gutter and is not integrated into the roof or drip edge.

Is there gutter system that will not clog with a metel roof? Second story is to high to make cleaning safe and easy. Or should I just have the gutters removed?

Most of the systems out there that are designed to tuck under the last course of shingles or into the drip edge will not work.
Look for a system (as Todd said) that lays flat on the gutter.
We have used a system call RainDrop with success.
