Is the metal roofs fall with the WPI8 Certification for Insurance. I am in Brazoria County - Pearland, TX? I was looking at Vertical Panels.

Texas Department of Insurance Windstorm Division has an approval system for ratings. You will want to choose an approved product and then you may also need to get an engineering study / report for your particular application. Experienced roofing contractors will be adept at this process.

I should add ... many metal roofs do meet the TDI requirements.
