You could paint it but I am unaware of any reliable treatment to just dull it. It will dull down some naturally over time.

We have a new Galvalume+ metal roof that is too bright. Is there some treatment that we can give the roof that will dull the brightness?

How old is the roof.
As Todd mentioned, will definitely dull over time. I have customers that are upset about the diminished brilliance of their roof after about two weeks.
