I would definitely advise checking with your roofing manufacturer. It simply may never need cleaning.

What about it requires cleaning and I would absolutely check with the manufacturer first and foremost before proceeding. That is an expensive roof that you could damage if you are not careful and use the wrong procedure/chemicals.
