There are seveal items that should be considered in maintaining a metal roof.
First periodic inspection to look for any issues.
Things to look for include foriegn matter - dirt, leaves, branches and etc.Debris shoud be removed. For dirt buildup, the panels shoudl be washed.
It is also a good idea to check the fasteners and flashings.
