I think you may have a problem with the type of fastners used-nails vs screws or there are not enough screws used. I would recommend that you have metal roof contractor take a look at it.

Please help! I have an aluminium, corrugated roof which was installed with the house build in 2009.
Whenever we have a windy night, the noise is unbearable - we cannot sleep through the noise and spend most of the night in an awake state.
How do we identify where the noisy areas are (without getting on the roof on a windy day) and what is the best way to stop it?
