Many companies should offer low gloss or matte finish colors. I believe that ATAS, McElroy, Fabral and others also offer some print coat finishes which can reduce sheen. Classic Metal Roofing offers a textured powder coat which is low gloss. Also, keep in mind that any roof is kind of like letting your car sit outside and never washing it. After a year or two, naturally occurring dirt will diminish the gloss.
