WE HAVE A 1921 HOME AND ARE RE FI FOR LOWER RATE AND THE LENDER DOES NOT LIKE OUR METAL ROOF IT HAS A 10-12 PITCH WAS INSTALLED 1995 IN GREAT SHAPE WHAT DOES THE LENDER NEED TO KNOW TO KEEP THEM HAPPY.THANK YOU THE HUMMELS

Have they said anything specific in regards to their concern? Would it help to have an inspection by an experienced metal roofing contractor?

Have them detail out there concerns and if you cannot address them specifically, get a professional roofer to review and evaluate their concerns.
I would also tell them that if nothing is found to be an issue with the roof that they will be responsible for the cost of the assessment and certification.
