Ridge cap- to vent or not?

TOPIcs: I Have An Existing Metal Roof and Have A Question

I have a 70' x 100' steel building (one room shed) w/ side walls & roof insulated. Does ridge cap need to be vented or can it be sealed solid?

If the insulation is the the underside of the roof, it is being treated as a conditioned space and would therefore not require venting.
