Adding plastic panels to existing metal roof on patio roof cover

Finding plastic panel profile to match galvanized industrial metal profile (AEP's Mini-V-Beam 1 3/8" x 4 9/16" x 15/16") has not materialized. Absent custom fabrication what are my options. My goal is to incorporate 3' lengths of obscure plastic panels onto 9' (shortened from existing 12') long metal panels...the plastic would butt up to the house allowing light to stream into the house windows. The covered deck wraps around the house and more daylight is sought after. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
