I have a existing metal panels flat roof. Panels are approx. 2 ft apart between seams. The seams are leaking and I would like to know what I can seal all the seams with that will hold up in the florida heat.

What type of metal roof?
Sealing between the seams doesn't usually work in this case as the sealant will pull apart as the panel expands and contracts with heat.
Any pictures?
