Copper is normally on the high end of metal roofing as far as price. It is very durable, develops a beautiful verdigris patina color over time, and is quite distinctive. Are you sure they have quoted you real, solid copper?

I recently received a quote to replace the roof of my home in Toronto from Royal York roofing. They informed about Copper roofing. I am not that familiar with it. It sounds very new to me. What are the advantages of a copper tile roof over ordinary metal roofing. I know that copper won't corrode . other than that. It doesn't sound that expensive. Should I opt for a copper roofing
