Had a Fin-All, lifetime warranty aluminum shingle roof installed 19 years ago, it's leaking. I can't connect to anyone listed in my paperwork! I see there is a Fin-All factory in BC, Canada, but have no idea if they're the producer? I've sent them two e-mails, no return, they don't answer their phone. Right now I'm just looking for someone who can fix the leaks. I called Roof life of Oregon, a well advertised company but they have a hands off policy for my type of roof!!! One contractor directed me to The Metal Roof Alliance, so here I am. Help!

Post up some pictures of the roof. A good metal roof mechanic who installs just about any system should be able to service another metal roof. The systems are proprietary, but still similar in form, fit, and function.
