I have a standing seam roof that I think is original to the 1911 house. It was painted 3 years ago but is peeling and there are some spots of rust. I have spent hours online trying to figure out what to paint it with. But the biggest problem seems to be coming up with a professional who knows how to properly prepare and apply the paint. I am hoping someone knows a professional company near Orange, VA who I could call. We had a local guy do it 3 years ago but it seems that it should have lasted longer than that. I would consider using the PPG AquaTec but am worried that I won't be able to find someone who knows how to apply it. Any recommendations for a professional roof painter near me? Thanks!
