We have had our Fabral standing seam metal roof for 13 years. It is rusting in many areas--not screw areas--but in center sections of panels and on "bent ends" at edges.
What do we do?

First thing I would do is get some good pictures of the areas as close as you can.
I would then look for all your paperwork on the roof and compile your records.
Next, I would contact the manufacturer and see what they require of you.
