We are installing a metal roof and on one panel forgot to nail in the fasteners before crimping the panel together. Ideas of how to un- crimp the panel? Please help. Is there a tool that can do this? Or do we have to cut the panel off.

Depends on the panel and the crimp.
Most times, once you start and edge, you can work in reverse with the same tool that you use to hand crimp metal to bend it back out.
