I have had my metal roof installed a few months ago and was told it was the AKZO Nobel 1050 paint system. But I have no way to make sure in fact it is the 1050 paint system. I do have the receipt from the contractor and he even provided a coil number from the MFG. Is there any way I can call Akzo and see if indeed this is the Ceram-A-Star paint system?

If he gave you a materials part number, you should be able to call the manufacturer and confirm the finish type.
