Hi!
Our home is about 4 years old and has a metal roof. We recently had wildfires about 5 miles away with smoke and debris flying for a few days.
Is it necessary and / or recommended to pressure wash a metal roof? If so, how often should it be done.

Pressure is not usually a necessity and will, if anything, create and cause leaks.
Start with who made the roof and see what their cleaning procedures and recommendations are.
