How do I clean an 11 year old Union Metals galvalum clay colored roof that repeated gets red to black colored areas on it. The pitch is 10/12 and hard to reach with pressure washer. Red areas come back quickly.

Have you ever tried products that you spray on like Wet and Forget or RoofWash? I would suggest trying them in a small area first and see what happens but I have heard of success with them, That said, I have no way of knowing the paint chemistry on your roof -- hence the trial area first.
