Thanks. I am sorry for what you have run into. It does not sound normal. Have you contacted the roofing manufacturer and sent them photos for their input?

I have standing seam roofing on my dormers (shed style). The trim at the front of the dormers stains quickly. I have power washed and repainted twice, and the home is only 2-1/2 years old, and needs it again. I am unsure if this is normal dirt staining or if I need apply something to the roofs?
