It sounds like you do need to replace the screws with larger diameter screws.
The screws on my colourbond roof have been over torqued and the washers have been broken and have been squeezed out. Others are rusty. The roof is approx. 20 years old. In order prevent roof leaks / moisture penetration would you advise to replace all screws?
