Sadly, that is going to be next to impossible here. There were so many regional manufacturers of panels that is it unlikely to track it down that way or even that it is still available.
I have some holes in my barn roof and wanted to buy a panel of two to use as patches here and there, but I can’t find a panel that matches the one I have, nothing that matches the rib spacing, the height, or shape (the ridges and valleys are flat). They are galvanized steel. Can some one tell me who makes this shape? See pictures attached. In one of the pictures I cut the foam with the panel edge so I could take it with me to a junk yard. My drawing with the dimension do not show that the ridges and valleys are flat.
