Will you have a drywall ceiling?
T&G leaks a bunch of air. I would 100% plan on some sort of vent space and create an air barrier between the roof and the ceiling.
Am Building a tiny house with a metal roof it does not have any sheeting under the metal roof. If I insulate the ceiling with fiberglass faced insulation will I have a condensation problem? The contour of the roof will provide some venting but other than that there are no vents.
The ceiling and all walls are 3/4 inch pine car siding, tongue and groove.

What if I staple a vapor barrier like visqueen over the insulation before I put the pine siding on it?
