I had a leak in the bedroom of my older mobile home, so I hired a construction crew to install a new metal roof. Now I have leaks in the living room and kitchen! I have called them back a couple times, but still have leaks! What could be wrong?
Hello Eric. I have no pics, unless you want pics of leaks inside. It's an older flat roof mobile home. I had Zook's Construction put on a new metal roof and now I have terrible leaks in bedroom, living roo, and kitchen! They aren't calling me back. They have already been back out once and said he caulked all the seams. I've done some reading.....could it be the screws were somehow put in wrong? Too much torque, not enough torque, crooked screws, screws not attached to anything..... Thanks for your help!
