What you describe does not sound unusual to me. The only one who can say whether it impacts the warranty though is the warranty provider which I assume is the manufacturer. You'd need to go to them and check.
Hi we had a snap lock standing seam roof installed but the ridge cap and snow rails were installed using the traditional rubber washer exposed screws into the panels . I was told that it was incorrectly installed using the screws and also will void warranty of the panels Is this true?
