New roof

My roof was installed last week and I feel that it is an unacceptable installation. See attached photos. Entire roof is dimples like the photos. It is galvalume u panel. I have been told that this is oil canning and it’s normal for metal roofs? Installers also used abrasive blade to cut valley panels and the edges are burnt and jagged. Many many screws have washer protruding outside metal ring. I really need to have a qualified inspection done. Any recommendations for inspector in Fort Worth, Tx area?
