My gut feeling is, being a fairly small structure, as long as you can find an adhesive that adheres well to both surfaces and also has the flexibility and other characteristics to handle temperature changes and the weather, you could probably do this. I really do not have any suggestion as to an adhesive that would work well for both materials though.
I have a small gazebo, 12 x 12. it has a metal roof. I want it to match my other buildings. Thinking of gluing matching shingles to roof so it matches. I keep reading don't glue shingles to metal. Would this be a bad idea? Katherine
Thought of using liquid nails. Do you think the aluminum would sag?
