I would not suggest putting it right on top but, with some sort of purlin or spacing system between the two, you could do this. Is this truly rounded like a quonset?
I am looking to fix a section of my quonset home's roof. I believe I have low rib galvalume on it now and would love to just put another layer on top of what is there and screw it down. Is this a good idea? Is galvalume still available in the Northeast? Thanks for any help!
