I know that the Metal Roofing Alliance and several individual members have worked with many HOA's over the years to help them re-write covenants. Have you contacted your metal roofing manufacturer to see if they can give you some support on this?
Installed a metal roof HOA says utilitarian metal roofs are not allowed. This characterization seems antiquated. Any resources or studies showing the growing popularity and aesthetic desire for these type of roofs?
