I am sorry. I do not know what methods of recourse exist in Colorado. If they simply refuse to respond, I would probably contact an attorney or the state AG office. I am very sorry for what you've encountered. Not your fault at all but it does drive home the importance of choosing quality and caring suppliers. Again, I am very sorry.
10 years ago we installed a new bronze color metal roof on our home in CO. I have a 30 year warrantee from manufacturer for color and other things. My installer died so have been trying to communicate (many times) with the manufacturer for 3 years to no avail because we have 50-60 panels that have totally changed color (to brownish pink!) They will not call back! What recourse do I have other than a lawyer to get their attention and have them live up to their warrantee? Anyone I can file a complaint with in the state of CO? The manufacturer is also in CO. Clearly the panels were defective because panels on both the north (no sun) and south side (lots of sun) have changed to the same brown/pink.
