Your best bet might be a general remodeler / handyman / carpenter / general contractor type of company / individual for this.
I bought a house with a metal roof about a year and a half ago. We had a blizzard over the winter and noticed a vent pipe bent over afterwards. I called a plumber who asked me to send him pictures of it. He told me he didn't do that and to call someone else. I called a couple roofing places and left a messages about it, but they never called back. I have it taped up, but it needs to get fixed. Who would fix this -a plumber or a roofer?
