Ceiling getting wet. A low slope metal roof was installed over an existing flat metal roof on my trailer. Does this construction create condensation and if so should we have the inner flat roof removed. Also, any suggestions for adequate vapor barrier materials. I've been told house wrap, felt paper, ice guard, and other specialized material that breaths. Also, does it matter if the new roof metal sits on wooden strips or directly on the sheathing? Also, can blown-in insulation only be used in the ceiling with a vapor barrier and whats the maximum amount of insulation you want to put in? Thanks for your response and expertise.
